can meet all of your needs. We build and maintain Die Cast Dies, Trim Dies, Machine Fixtures. We use 8407, heat treated per latest ASSAB specification's, to increase the life of the die. All tooling repairs or engineering changes are performed on the premises.



SGMC utilizes the latest in die/mold design software,Pro-E. Gating, waterline calculations are formulated using ASSAB specs.
Our toolroom employs high speed machining techniques, after heat treat to assure dimensional accuracy.
