SGMC uses machining centers,along with the latest in automated programming & job tracking software, and unites them into a fully automated manufacturing system.

Ten of the fifteen employees have been at SGMC for over 10 years and it is their ability, knowledge and experience that provides the basis for consistent quality. SGMC operates two manned shifts per day and has the capability to run an unmanned third shift. Despite all of this experience, employee training is ongoing.

SGMC must function as if it were an extension of the customer's facility. The requirement to produce a quality product at a competitive price and delivery is a given, but issues such as versatility, flexibility and process refinement should be included.
